Aric R. Rodriguez has been a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Texas since 2006. He started his real estate career at a large franchise firm where he studied and mentored with some of Houston’s top producing real estate agents and teams. Building a strong understanding of residential real estate, Aric decided to pursue knowledge and training in other more diverse fields of the practice. From residential to commercial, Aric has the knowledge and skill to broker all property types. Says Aric: “In today’s diverse market, client demand for the expertise and skill of an omniscient real estate professional is at an all time high. It is less about whom and more about what you know. We are in a skills based business and the bar has been set.”

After obtaining his broker license, Aric started two unique companies AR Commercial for commercial property and West Bloc Realty for residential and now sponsors 15 agents. Aric has a two year old son named Mason and has been happily married to his high school sweet heart for 11 years.
